Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry and brush both sides with Dijon mustard.
- Dredge each chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chops.
Baking
- Place the chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap in plastic and place in a freezer-safe bag.
