  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs work well for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can use dairy-free cheese as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Use fresh ground if possible.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Adds flavor and helps coating adhere.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Enhances crispiness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pat the pork chops dry and brush both sides with Dijon mustard.
  5. Dredge each chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the coated chops.
Baking
  1. Place the chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  3. Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap in plastic and place in a freezer-safe bag.
