  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Roasting
  1. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Sauce
  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Combining and Serving
  1. Once the sprouts are crispy, drizzle the honey garlic sauce over them, toss to combine, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Adjust the honey to taste, and add garlic during the last few minutes of roasting to prevent burning.
