Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing your cauliflower under cold water. Cut it into small, bite-sized florets to ensure an even cook.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good toss to ensure every piece is well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the seasoned cauliflower. Mix again until you see that beautiful cheesy coating surrounding the florets.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
  2. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them as they cook to get your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Once beautifully golden and crispy, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
