Preparation
- Start by rinsing your cauliflower under cold water. Cut it into small, bite-sized florets to ensure an even cook.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good toss to ensure every piece is well-coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the seasoned cauliflower. Mix again until you see that beautiful cheesy coating surrounding the florets.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them as they cook to get your desired level of crispiness.
- Once beautifully golden and crispy, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
