  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut your head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Ensure they’re evenly sized for uniform cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Toss them gently until well coated.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until the florets are thoroughly coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the florets and toss gently to ensure every piece has a hint of cheesy goodness.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Once ready, place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on it until they turn a golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Substitutions: For a dairy-free option, use nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes to maintain crispiness.
