Preparation
- Cut your head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Ensure they’re evenly sized for uniform cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Toss them gently until well coated.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until the florets are thoroughly coated.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the florets and toss gently to ensure every piece has a hint of cheesy goodness.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Once ready, place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on it until they turn a golden brown.
Serving
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Substitutions: For a dairy-free option, use nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes to maintain crispiness.
