- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for optimal crispiness.
- After washing the potatoes, cut them into even wedges to ensure consistent cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them gently until they’re evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated potato wedges and toss again until well combined.
- Place the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a finishing touch, and serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Don't overcrowd the baking sheet to allow optimal airflow for crispiness.
