  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor if desired.
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once the wings are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer.
  4. Toss them in a bowl with the grated Parmesan cheese while they are still warm.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Can freeze for up to 3 months.
