Prepare the Filling

- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing everything well until evenly combined.
Assemble the Dumplings
- Take one dumpling wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Add about a tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with a bit of water, fold it in half, and pinch to seal tightly. You can also create pleats for a decorative touch.
Fry the Dumplings
- In a skillet or a frying pan, heat enough oil to cover the bottom over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the dumplings, frying until they are golden brown and crispy—around 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve
- Once cooked, remove from oil and let them drain on a paper towel. Serve warm with soy sauce for dipping.
