- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to pat the zucchini slices dry.

- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices out in a single layer.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through.
- Watch them towards the end to avoid burning; you want them golden brown.
- Once baked, let the zucchini chips cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before serving.
