Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium zucchini Sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt Or to taste
Optional Seasonings
  • to taste garlic powder For added flavor
  • to taste paprika For added flavor
  • to taste nutritional yeast For a cheesy flavor without dairy

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to pat the zucchini slices dry.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil and your choice of seasonings.
  5. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices out in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through.
  2. Watch them towards the end to avoid burning; you want them golden brown.
  3. Once baked, let the zucchini chips cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, slice zucchini evenly, try various seasonings, and store leftovers in an airtight container. Reheat to revive their crunch!
