Optional Garnishes
  • Garlic powder Optional seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese For topping
  • Chopped herbs (like parsley or basil) For garnishing

Method

Preparation
  1. If using store-bought gnocchi, there's no need for pre-cooking! Just open the package and set aside. If you're feeling adventurous and have homemade gnocchi, make sure they are cut and shaped.
  2. In a bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you desire. Mix gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned gnocchi into the air fryer basket in one even layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer’s size.
  3. Air fry the gnocchi for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  4. Once golden and crispy, remove from the basket, top with your favorite garnishes, and serve hot!

Notes

Leftover crispy gnocchi can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. Can also freeze cooked gnocchi for up to a month; thaw before reheating.
