Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cool water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  2. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider garnishing with freshly chopped herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
