  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for optimal juiciness) Choose ground beef with higher fat content for juiciness.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pieces burger buns Toast in the air fryer for extra crispiness.
Toppings
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, sauces) Customize to your preference.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form patties that are slightly larger than your buns. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the formed patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness.
  2. Toast your burger buns in the air fryer for an extra crispy touch. Once the patties are cooked, place each one on a bun and add your favorite toppings.
  3. Plate your Crispy Air Fryer burgers with sides of your choice and dig in!

Notes

For leftover storage, keep burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. For extra patties, freeze before cooking for up to 3 months, separating with parchment paper.
