Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form patties that are slightly larger than your buns. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the formed patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast your burger buns in the air fryer for an extra crispy touch. Once the patties are cooked, place each one on a bun and add your favorite toppings.
- Plate your Crispy Air Fryer burgers with sides of your choice and dig in!
Notes
For leftover storage, keep burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. For extra patties, freeze before cooking for up to 3 months, separating with parchment paper.
