Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and artichokes until well combined.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
