- Combine the rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or mason jar to soak overnight.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.

Notes
