Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and slightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions. Serve warm with your favorite chips or bread.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is well-softened for a creamy texture. Adjust jalapeños for desired heat. Experiment by adding diced chicken or black beans.
