Preparation
  1. Start with chicken breasts that are thawed and patted dry.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for about 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  2. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the chopped spinach.

Notes
