- If you haven’t already, shred or chop your cooked chicken. For convenience, you can use a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- Add the shredded chicken, diced tomato, and chopped lettuce to the creamy dressing. If using, toss in the green onions and cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is well-coated in the dressing. Be careful not to mush the tomatoes and lettuce.
