Ingredients
  

For the salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Preparation
  1. If you haven’t already, shred or chop your cooked chicken. For convenience, you can use a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, diced tomato, and chopped lettuce to the creamy dressing. If using, toss in the green onions and cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
  4. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is well-coated in the dressing. Be careful not to mush the tomatoes and lettuce.
  5. Serve your Creamy BLT Chicken Salad immediately on a bed of lettuce, in a bowl, or as a filling for wraps. Enjoy the refreshing, creamy goodness!

Notes
