Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with whole milk and melted butter.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Generous amounts recommended.
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish For a pop of color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  4. In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts side by side and pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
