Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts side by side and pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
