  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling at the end

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Clean and trim the green beans, removing any stem ends.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the trimmed green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss well until evenly coated.
  4. Lay the green beans out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing the beans halfway through.
  2. In the last couple of minutes, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the beans if using.
  3. Once out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
Serving
  1. Transfer the Crack Green Beans to a serving dish and enjoy!

Notes

To ensure maximum crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. You can also substitute other seasonings like Italian herbs or chili flakes for a different flavor.
