Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean and trim the green beans, removing any stem ends.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the trimmed green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss well until evenly coated.
- Lay the green beans out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing the beans halfway through.
- In the last couple of minutes, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the beans if using.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
Serving
- Transfer the Crack Green Beans to a serving dish and enjoy!
