Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add the cranberries to the baking sheet and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once roasted, remove from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the warm squash and cranberries.
