Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounces
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers optional but recommended for added crunch
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • as needed tortilla chips or bread for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Dice your bell peppers, if you're using them.
  2. In your crockpot, combine the cream cheese, pizza sauce, mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, chopped bell peppers, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Give everything a gentle stir to incorporate all the ingredients. You want an even mix without disturbing the cream cheese too much.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Alternatively, cook on high for 1-2 hours. The goal is to have everything melted together beautifully.
  2. Once cooked, give the dip a good stir.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced bread. Enjoy the endless compliments!

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the dip cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in the crockpot on low until warmed through, or microwave it in short intervals, stirring in between.
