  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure each ingredient is ready and nearby for smooth blending.
  2. Blend the Base: In your blender, add 1 cup of milk followed by 1 banana.
  3. Add Flavor & Protein: Next, throw in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate Oats: Add the 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
  5. Blend Until Smooth: Secure the blender lid and blend on high-speed until everything is well combined and smooth.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Do a quick taste test. If you want it sweeter, add a bit more maple syrup or banana.

Notes
