- Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure each ingredient is ready and nearby for smooth blending.
- Blend the Base: In your blender, add 1 cup of milk followed by 1 banana.
- Add Flavor & Protein: Next, throw in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Incorporate Oats: Add the 1/2 cup of rolled oats.
- Blend Until Smooth: Secure the blender lid and blend on high-speed until everything is well combined and smooth.

Notes
For a nutty twist, substitute almond milk for regular milk. You can also freeze the shake in ice cube trays and blend them with milk later for an easy treat.
