Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound steak (your preferred cut, cubed into bite-sized pieces) Choice of steak cut impacts flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Used for seasoning.
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as rosemary or thyme for garnish) Optional but recommended for added flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your chosen steak into bite-sized cubes to allow for even cooking.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until each piece is evenly coated.
  2. If you’re feeling adventurous, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs to enhance the flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the steak cubes in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness; for medium-rare, it should reach 135°F (57°C). Adjust cooking time based on your preference.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with any additional fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to maintain crunch.
