Method
Preparation
- Start by cutting your chosen steak into bite-sized cubes to allow for even cooking.
Seasoning
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until each piece is evenly coated.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs to enhance the flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the steak cubes in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness; for medium-rare, it should reach 135°F (57°C). Adjust cooking time based on your preference.
Serving
- Carefully remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with any additional fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to maintain crunch.
