Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until it forms a soft dough.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch the dough down and turn it out. Divide it into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- While the rolls are rising, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
- Brush with melted butter right after they come out of the oven for extra flavor!
Notes
Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes.
