Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies are rich, chocolatey delights with a swirl of gooey marshmallow, combining the best of brownie-like cookies with the irresistible taste of marshmallow.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate, then mix in sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients separately; add to wet mixture.
  4. Fold in marshmallow fluff to create swirls.
  5. Scoop dough onto sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes.
