Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well-coated.
- Cut the dough into squares, roughly 2 inches by 2 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough square and fold the edges over the filling.
- Arrange the filled rolls into a greased baking dish, seam side down. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
Substitute grilled chicken, turkey, or veggies for a meatless option. Ensure you seal the dough completely to prevent leakage during baking. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
