  • 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (Halal-compliant)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well-coated.
  4. Cut the dough into squares, roughly 2 inches by 2 inches.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough square and fold the edges over the filling.
  6. Arrange the filled rolls into a greased baking dish, seam side down. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Substitute grilled chicken, turkey, or veggies for a meatless option. Ensure you seal the dough completely to prevent leakage during baking. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
