Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 pieces Flatbreads (store-bought)
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded, Halal)
Sauce and Cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Seasoning and Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each flatbread, spreading it evenly.
  3. If your shredded chicken isn’t already seasoned, sprinkle it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbreads.
  2. Top with seasoned chicken, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for garnish.
  2. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

If using leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, consider freezing for up to a month.
