For the Biscuit Bombs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
For the Garlic Butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your palm.
  3. Place a heaping teaspoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching them together to seal and create a ball shape. Ensure that the cheese is completely enclosed.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Dip each biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  7. Place the biscuit bombs on a greased baking tray. Bake them for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  8. Allow the bombs to cool slightly before indulg in their gooey, cheesy delight!

Notes

For an even more flavorful experience, try adding your favorite herbs or spices into the cheese or garlic butter mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
