Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and the diced onions. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles until well combined.
  4. On a clean surface, open the package of biscuit dough. Separate each biscuit and flatten it into a small circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Gently fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bomb bites on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with ketchup and mustard.

Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground chicken or turkey. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
