  • 3 tablespoons butter Use 2 tablespoons for cooking and 1 for sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice preference.

  • 1/2 of a lemon Juice of Adds acidity to balance flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and deveining the shrimp if not already done. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, being careful not to let it burn.
  3. Place the shrimp in the skillet and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir to combine and let it melt, creating a delicious sauce.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

To enhance your experience, consider customizing the spice level with cayenne or red pepper flakes. Keep an eye on shrimp to avoid overcooking, leading to a rubbery texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
