Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked and tender, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce until thoroughly coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to broil, slice the hoagie rolls down the middle, and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the rolls in the oven for 2-3 minutes until lightly crispy, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning.
Assembly
  1. Once the rolls are ready, generously pile the buffalo chicken mixture onto each hoagie.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, ensuring it's well covered.
  3. Broil the loaded hoagies in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and golden, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and top with chopped green onions.
