Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Create the Marinade
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Season the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Marinate
  1. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the brown sugar mixture over the top.
Bake
  1. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), spooning some sauce over halfway through.
