Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the shredded coconut and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the coconut and nuts.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and filling is set.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once completely cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature or reheat in a low oven.
