Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup radicchio, chopped Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Quarter them.
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced Dice into small pieces.
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced Slice thinly.
  • ½ cup pepperoncini, sliced Slice as desired.
Proteins and Cheese
  • 1 cup halal salami, diced Diced into small pieces.
  • 1 cup halal ham, diced Diced into small pieces.
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed Cubed for easy mixing.
Dressings and Toppings
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced For extra flavor and texture.
  • ¾ cup Italian dressing (halal) Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop all your fresh veggies: romaine, radicchio, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables along with the sliced pepperoncini.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Add the diced halal salami, diced halal ham, and cubes of provolone cheese to the bowl.
  2. Drizzle half of the Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced black olives for added texture and flavor.
Serving
