Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

- In another bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder, then mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer the sautéed chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and pineapple chunks. Pour the sauce over the top.
Baking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the chicken to caramelize.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving over rice or steamed vegetables.
