Preparation

- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- For crispy skin, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.

- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with fluffy rice or steamed vegetables.
