  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Coat each chicken breast generously in the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Lay the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  2. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For variations, try different cheeses such as mozzarella or feta, or use chicken thighs for a juicier cut. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for crispiness.
