Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring an even coat.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top, and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cheeses or chicken thighs for added flavor and moisture. Be cautious with cooking time to avoid overcooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
