- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring an even coat.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top, and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
