Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a clean cutting board and create a pocket in each breast by slicing almost through to the other side.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  4. Generously spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pocket of the chicken breasts.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with a strip of Halal chicken bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if needed.
Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is golden.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or turkey bacon. Ensure not to overstuff the chicken to prevent filling from oozing out. Always use completely thawed chicken for even cooking.
