- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in both soups, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top (if using).
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute ground turkey or sausage for a flavor variation.
Add frozen peas, corn, or mushrooms for extra texture and nutrients.
Can be made ahead — refrigerate before baking and add 10 minutes to the cook time.
