Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined Use fresh or fully thawed frozen shrimp.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and crust when cooked.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every shrimp is coated evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat well.
Cooking
  1. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 8–10 minutes or until they turn opaque and are cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with buttery pasta, rice, or salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
