Preparation
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every shrimp is coated evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat well.
Cooking
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 8–10 minutes or until they turn opaque and are cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with buttery pasta, rice, or salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
