  • 2 pounds chicken wings Fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure not to overcrowd.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Check that the wings are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Toss the wings in your favorite sauce if desired, or serve the sauce on the side.
  4. Plate the wings and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to avoid sogginess. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
