Preparation
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure not to overcrowd.
Cooking
- Air fry the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Check that the wings are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Toss the wings in your favorite sauce if desired, or serve the sauce on the side.
- Plate the wings and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to avoid sogginess. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
