- If using fresh peaches, wash, peel, and slice them into thin wedges. If using canned peaches, drain excess juice.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sliced peaches evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the peaches. Don’t mix it; just let it sit on top!
- Gently pour the lemon-lime soda over the cake mix. Again, do not stir; the soda will create a bubbly crust as it bakes.
- Place the dish in your preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving for the best flavor. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
